• Generous wine of the Sherry D.O., from the Variety Palomino Fine grape and until 15º of alcohol. It has been obtained after aging biological, at least 3 years, in our “Soleras” and “Criaderas”. With a certain “amanzanillado” taste, due to the proximity of the river mouth of Guadalquivir river. Is very dry, pale, fragrant and high quality.

• Generous wine with aging in “flor”, of straw-coloured or golden, sharp and delicate bouquet with saline notes. In mouth is clean, fresh and light, with almond taste, its end is long and persistent.
• Wine Matching
  
• Ideal wine for all class of covers, as well as to accompany soups, seafood, fish, ham, olives,dried fruits and smooth cheeses. It must use cold between 7 and 9º and in wine taster.
