Our Vine Growing.

  • The Millenarian viticulture that realised in our vineyards is one of the fundamental bases in the characteristics of our wines. In our wine growing, next to the protagonism of the natural factors that provide the ground and the climate of the area, it emphasizes, undoubtedly the human factor.
  • The form to work the vineyard, their farming supported in millenarian and artisan techniques they influence, of decisive way, over the quality of the grapes.
  • Currently, all our vineyards are governed by the Integrated Production Systems. This system guarantees the high quality of our grapes, being cultivated without the phytosanitary nor fertilizing product, and respecting human health and the environment.
  • The predominant ground type in our vineyards is the sand. A coarse-grained sand, with a very porous and permeable structure that reaches a greater heat degree than clay land, allowing to be ahead the grape harvest.
