"Avenida de Regla" Wine Cellar.

• It is our Wine Cellar of Aging and Ageing, located in center of the locality (Avenida de Regla). It covers all of our “Soleras” and “Criaderas” with over than 800 Barrels of American oak and the stabilization facilities, filtration and bottling.
• The aging, biological and oxidative, is realised in our wine cellar with the necessary calm through time in Barrels of American oak, in the typical sherry wine cellar; high ceilings fresh, “albero” ground and oriented to the north-northwest to receive breezes of the west. All this to provide the best aging and ageing through system of “Soleras” and “Criaderas”.
• The best ones musts of the year to the tasting are chosen to sit on our “Soleras”and “Criaderas”, where the biological aging of "Fine" wine “Los Madroñales” is carried out. The influence of the “flor” is a determining factor in our case because our Fine wines are “amanzanillados”, because the “Veil of Flor” lives almost all the year in the Barrel and not only protects the wine of the oxidation when avoiding the contact of the liquid with the air contained within the barrels and determines the quality of our wines that it does singular and autochthonous.
• The aging of our wines is governed by the principle to combine crafts, quality and time, resulting in very elegant wines and very appreciated in the market that gives us old taste and authentic of our fine wine and muscatels
