Bottled Wine Plant.

  • Before bottling the wines for the market, are extracted from their “Soleras” and transferred to the Stabilization Plant, Refrigeration and bottling, where are filtered and they are put under a cooling process in order to eliminate by decantation the suspended particles that could produce sediments in the bottles. Later is realised a “amicróbica” filtration to guarantee the most rigorous control in the elimination of bacteria and leavenings that may affect the wine in the bottle and guarantee their total transparency, balance and perfection in all components.
  • A modern chain of bottling, with the most rigorous health and safety measures, it carries out the filling, put the cork and labelling of the bottles with their seals of guarantee. In order to preserve the organoleptic conditions of our white wines inside the bottle, the bottles are cleaned of chemical reactions with inert gas for move the oxygen.
  • The subsequent storage of our wines in the finished product warehouse guarantees its perfect conservation for being a place with low temperature and null incidence of sun and the light.
  • The quality control and cares during the bottling are fundamental to guarantee that quality of the wine that is in our “Soleras” remains unalterable in the bottle.
  • Our wine cellar has a bottling plant, of last generation, where they are bottled between 60,000 and 70,000 bottles / year of muscatel and some 10,000 bottles / year of fine wine.
