Wine Cellar Visits.

• Undoubtedly ,a very important part of diffusion of the wine culture and the history of our locality concentrates in the visits guided to our Wine Cellars.
• Our Wine Cellar it belongs to the route of Wine and Brandy de Jerez , included in the Route of Wines of Spain, and can be visit in reduced groups.
• These visits have a guide who will explain to our clients and tourists all the process of elaboration of a singular product as ours raisins muscatel, as well as the full range of wines and vinegar that they sleep in our “Soleras” and “Criaderas”, Wine Cellar history, our locality history, courses of wine tasting, etc… all this in a privileged place.

Oenologic Museum.

• Is the last project that we are developing. We want offer a new tourist offer to all our clients, visitors, fans to enology and tourists. This is a turist-oenological complex in our Wine Cellar in “Avenida de Regla”.
• This project, in part realised, want offer to all clientes and tourist the possibility to approach and contemplate the wine world of Chipiona, which dates from Roman times, her vicisitudes, his evolution through the time and the history of our Wine Cellar.
• All this enjoyed up with projections and elements where our clients and tourist may to approach to the wine elaboration, its process of ageing, etc… and where they are possible to discover the wonderful world of wine.
• The project that we are developing consists of 6 units or sectors exhibition:
  • The history of wine in Chipiona, starting from ancient times to today.
  • Ecomuseum of the traditional vineyards and viticulture in Chipiona.
  • A Corporative Museum of the Agricultural Catholic Cooperative.
  • Ethnographic Museum wine of Chipiona.
  • Science Museum of wine.
  • A Culture Museum of Muscatel wine of Chipiona.
